60坪あまりの土地に、２世帯住宅+２つのアパートをつくるという高密度なプログラム。全体をＣの字に配置し、中庭をとり北側のヴォリームを持ち上げることで日照と通風を確保、と同時に中庭の閉塞感を減じている。
The Apartment of Zushi is the high-density program of building a two-household house and two apartments in the site about 60 tsubos.Sunshine, ventilation, and the feeling of a blockade of a courtyard are reduced by arranging the whole into the character of “C”, taking a courtyard, and raising volume of the north side.
