　アートギャラリー内のPUBの計画。材料は一般的な建材ではなく、量販雑貨店で売られている安価な抗菌まな板を用いPUBのカウンター、パーティション、座敷、テーブルなどを制作。まな板はすべて脱着可能で、取り外すことで調理器具としてのまな板や飲み物を運ぶトレーとしても使える。
　This is a scheme for a pub inside an art gallery. Unlike ordinary construction materials, the counters, partitions, rooms, and tables of the pub are manufactured from cheap anti-bacterial cutting boards sold by large general stores. By making all these cutting boards demountable, they may be detached and used as cookware cutting boards and carrying trays for drinks.
