DJイベントや音楽ライブを中心としたコンテンツの変化に伴い、建物中央部にステージが設けられた。VIP席は、ステージとスタンディングエリアによって程よく隔てられ、砂浜と連続したスタンディングエリアは大階段によって内部につなげられ、ステージへの様々な視点を提供し、イベントや客の活動が外部へ滲みだす。上部屋根は昨年からの形状を踏襲しつつ、ステージ部はスパンを飛ばすためにスチールトラスとし、ステージを覆うように片流れの屋根をかけている。
This is our yearly beach house project for the summer. This year the change of the contents consists mainly of introducing a central stage for a DJ event or music live performances. The VIP sitting area is separated from the stage by the standing area, close to the sand and tied to the inside by a large set of stairs. It offers various viewpoints to the stage, its events.
The shape of the roof is similar to the one of the previous year, with steel trusses being adapted to extend the span over the stage.
