全国どこにでもある団地が現在建て替えの時期を迎えている。団地再生計画は、歴史的価値はないが、誰しもが日常のなかで慣れ親しんできたこれらの団地を「何とかしよう」という気持ちのもとに立ち上げられた。
建物全体のイメージを変える大規模なものから部屋に気軽に取り付けられる簡単なものまで、また実現可能な真面目なものから荒唐無稽で冗談みたいなものまで、団地を「変える」いろいろなアイデアを集めカタログ化している。そして一つ一つのアイデアを想像しながら頭の中で組合せることができる。
